About the Role:
Join Assisting Hands - Pasco as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients in Pinellas, St. Pete, Clearwater, and Largo. With competitive pay rates of $15/hr for HHAs and $16/hr for CNAs, this is an exciting opportunity to provide compassionate care in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Administer medication and monitor client health as directed.
• Document client progress and report changes to the nursing staff.
• Engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality care.
• Transport clients to appointments and social activities as needed.

Requirements:

• Current HHA or CNA certification in Florida.
• Previous experience in home health care or a similar setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate demeanor and dedication to client well-being.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and valid drivers license.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
