Job description
Background and Experience Required
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field of study is required;
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in electrical design;
Experience with AutoCAD;
Minimum two years' experience in scope of work and specification development, and working
knowledge of NFPA 70, 70B, 130, and ANSI/NETA MTS-2015;
Engineer in Training (EIT) certified in either VA, MD, or DC and
Experience conveying technical information verbally and in writing.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience related to Battery Electric Bus electrical system and Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment
or Charge Management Systems.
Registered Professional Engineer in either VA, MD, or DC;
Electrical design related to solar power and charging stations.
