Qualifications:

• Education: MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Licensure: Active NY State Limited Permit (new graduates welcome).
• Experience: Open to new graduates; clinical rotations in geriatrics or internal medicine preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in patient assessments, diagnostics, treatment planning, and EHR documentation.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, empathy, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine patient check-ups and evaluate symptoms to diagnose conditions.
• Prescribe medications, order/interpret lab tests, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Develop personalized care plans, including preventive health guidance.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with regulations.
