Service Advisor - Full-time

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales and service, with the ability to assist customers in identifying and sourcing the right parts for their vehicles. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for the automotive industry, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assists customers with inquiries regarding automotive parts and accessories.
• Identify and source parts for various vehicle makes and models, ensuring accuracy in orders.
• Maintain an organized inventory of automotive parts, including air brakes, shocks, struts, and other components.
• Provide expert advice on automotive repair and maintenance needs.
• Utilize auto estimating tools to provide accurate quotes for parts and services.
• Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely availability of required parts for repairs.
• Stay updated on new products, industry trends, and advancements in automotive technology.
• Process orders efficiently while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience and knowledge of CDK system.
• Proven experience in automotive sales or service.
• Available from Monday to Saturday.
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes and vehicle maintenance.
• Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and repair tools.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing inventory.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Candidate must not live more than 30 min away from the dealership (approximately a 20 mile radius).
