Obstetrics & Gynecology, OBGYN Opportunity for Outpatient Clinic in MS

Highland Community Hospital, a 49 bed hospital, is seeking an OBGYN to join our team of two full-time OBGYNs in a hospital-owned, outpatient clinic.

• Call Details: 10 days required per month, additional paid call available

• OBGYN on-call delivers/rounds on patients presenting via the ED, actively laboring in the L&D unit and postpartum on the L&D unit.

• 2 OBGYNs, 250 deliveries per year
\n
• Nursery Level 1, No NICU
\n
• State of the art, new L&D Unit
\n
• Hospital Beds: 3 LDRP rooms, 8 postpartum/couplet care/OBGYN beds, 2 Nursery Beds
\n
• Baby-Friendly designation from BFUSA
\n
• Total # of Pediatrician: 2
\n
• State of the art surgery department with block time available

• Average Clinic Patients per physician daily: 20

• Support & Consult Backup: Neurology, General Surgery, Cardiology
