Pulmonary Critical Care Medicine, Pulmonary/Critical Care - OHIO

Genesis Healthcare System is seeking a full-time pulmonary-critical care physician to join our growing practice of 8 employed pulm/cc docs. The position includes working inpatient pulmonary or ICU shifts and outpatient pulmonary clinic.  The schedule can be flexible based on each provider's preferences towards inpatient or outpatient.  The group is extremely supportive and welcomes the opportunity to mentor and train new grads.   

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

• Join a group of 8 collegial, highly respected, university trained Pulmonary/Critical Care physicians.
\n
• Full Time- 15 shifts per month
\n
• 12-hours inpatient shifts, 8-10 hour clinic shifts. 
\n
• Days and Nights available.  Contract has a minimum of 3 nights per month. 
\n
• Higher compensation for night shifts 
\n
• Flexible work schedule, managed by the group, to accommodate work-life balance.
\n
• 24-bed open ICU (combined medical and surgical cases). 
\n
• av census 12-15
\n
• Average admissions/discharges per day 3/3
\n
• Standard Critical Care Procedures: Intubation, Central Lines, Chest Tubes, Broncs

• Medical records system: Epic
