CV Surgery Opportunity

• Employment available through Hendrick Provider Network dba Hendrick Clinic
• 18-month income guarantee of $767,007 + lucrative incentive program
• $25,000 contract execution payment (to be repaid by you if you do not come to Abilene or your employment terminates prior to end of 3-year term and is composed of 3 separate payments: 

• $5k upon signing a contract with HMC
• $15k upon submitting all required documentation needed to complete credentialing for the hospital as well as HPN
• $5k to be paid after first payroll cycle following your first day of work

• Relocation and house hunting allowance (up to $20K)
• Potential Student Loan Repayment
• $2,000/month training stipend until the completion of your training
• Full benefit package (Health, Dental, Vision, LTD, STD, Critical Illness, Life Insurance, Retirement, 30 days a year of DTO, 18 weeks of sick leave, and more)
• $2,000 Texas license fees reimbursement
• Malpractice coverage would begin the first day and includes tail coverage for tenure at HMC ($1,000,000 & $3,000,000 policy limits)
