PRACTICE SETTINGS INCLUDE: 

Employed - Medical Group

• 100% outpatient clinic with limited call
• Clinical hours: Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. 5 p.m. (varies by location)
• Offering same-day and scheduled appointments for patients of all ages

Convenient Care Centers

• NCQA patient-centered medical home with adjacent 24/7 walk-in emergency center
• Outpatient imaging and diagnostic laboratory services
• Extended hours of operation, 7 a.m. 7 p.m.

Occupational Medicine Clinics

• 100% outpatient clinic with no call
• Clinic hours Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. 5 p.m.
• Adults-only (dependents seen at select locations)
• Offering acute, preventive and wellness care

Independent/Private Practice

• 100% outpatient clinic with limited call
• Clinical hours: Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. 5 p.m. (varies by location)
