Emergency Medicine, Hospital-employed Emergency Medicine opportunity - $426k guaranteed base comp

Owensboro Health Medical Group is seeking additional Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Emergency Medicine (ABEM, AOBEM) physicians to join our team at Muhlenberg Community Hospital consisting of 5 physicians and 2 NPs/PAs who welcome an average of 15,000 annual ED visits.

The 10 bed unit is located in a 60 bed community hospital where patient experience and quality care drive every decision for the population we serve within eight counties of western KY.

OPPORTUNITY DETAILS EMERGENCY MEDICINE

• $426,000 three-year Guaranteed Base Compensation
• $50,000 Potential Engagement Bonus

Opportunity overview:

• 142 Twelve hour shifts annually (7a-7p / 7p-7a)
• 24 hours of physician coverage, 10 hours of APC coverage
• Shifts split proportionally between days and nights
