Internal Medicine, Internal Medicine Physician Opportunity in Washington State - $150,000 Bonus

Were looking for a BC/BE Internal Medicine physician to join our team at one of our 8 clinics throughout Vancouver, WA. We also have openings at several clinics located in Portland, OR. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering evidence-based medicine in a collegial environment. Candidates with special interest in LGBTQ health are encouraged to apply.

Our Internal Medicine Department is growing! We currently have 31 physicians and 23 Advanced Practice Clinicians across both WA and OR.

Position Details:
Full-time or Part-time (0.6 1.0 FTE)
Flexible schedule (4 days/week)
100% outpatient; shared call among Washington clinicians (phone only)
Compensation is a Production model
New clinicians have a 2-year guarantee between $301,321 $326,401 with upside earning potential
Up to $150,000 starting & retention bonus
Two-year partnership track position with a reasonable buy-in
