Entry level labor position with pump and well service.

Looking for candidate that wants to learn new skills in a potential new career or build on
existing ones. Has a strong work ethic, reliable, positive attitude, self-starter, excellent customer
service and a team player. Must have a current drivers license, a clean driving record and reliable transportation. Training provided.

Responsibilities:

• Assist skilled trades people with tasks, such as loading and unloading tools, plumbing components, wiring and well equipment.
• Assist in the installation in pump systems and water filtration systems.
• Clean and prepare work areas, removing debris and ensuring safe work environment.
• Follow instructions from supervisor’s and adhere to safety protocols.
• Operate and maintain hand tools and equipment such as drills, shovels and trucks.
• Load and unload materials.
• Assist with set up and breakdown of job site.
• Cleaning and loading trucks with parts and equipment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Construction, plumbing or other labor experience or trade school a plus.
• Possession of plumbing and electrical apprenticeship cards a plus. If does not have, must obtain within 60 days of employment.
• Common sense.
• Coachable/teachable.
• Resides no more than 20-30 miles from office location.

Physical Demands and Working Environment:

• Must be able to lift 60lbs routinely.
• Long periods of standing and moving.
• Working in various weather conditions.
• During busy season able to work overtime as needed.
