Base Pay Rate: $15 - $17 / hour

Care Delivery:
To provide the highest quality of care to AccordCare clients utilizing the Plan of Care provided to ensure clients' needs are met in relation to safety, well-being and satisfaction.

Help patients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and other daily tasks.

Perform basic health care services for patients including checking vital signs or administering prescription medication.

Help with general light housekeeping.

CNA or HHA Certification (requires proof of training hours)

CPR (no on line classes accepted)

TB Test or Chest Xray within last six months
