As a member of the direct care team, the CNA is responsible and accountable for complete and accurate collection and recording of data, completion of routine and delegated direct patient care activities and communicating and collaborating with the Registered Nurse to prioritize workload. **JOB QUALIFICATIONS** **EDUCATION** _For positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation._ **Minimum Required:** None **Preferred/Optional:** High school diploma or equivalent **EXPERIENCE** **Minimum Required:** None **Preferred/Optional:** Experience working as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a long term care setting. **CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES** _The following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s), etc., are required for this position.
