Our MICU is a 16-bed unit that cares for a wide patient population including diagnoses such as sepsis/septic shock, acute respiratory failure, post cardiac arrest, liver failure, GI bleed. Nurses will use arterial lines, ventilators, intraortic balloon pumps, EKOs, CRRT while caring for their patients. Our team includes a Clinical Nurse Specialist who focuses on nursing quality outcomes and staff education and support. MICU takes pride as being a dynamic, team-oriented and committed group of nurses where everyone supports each other!

What Registered Nurse RN will need:
A Degree from an accredited school/college of nursing is required - BSN or ADN
BLS Provider (accredited by the American Heart Association) required prior to hire
Illinois Board of Nursing license prior to hire
1 Year of Intensive Care Nursing Experience
Compensation:
BSN Pay Range: $34.76 - $57.06 per hour
ADN Pay Range: $32.31 - $50.71 per hour
Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
