Earn Up to $0.71 CPM* - $500 Onboarding Bonus*
Drive top-notch 2016 & newer refrigerated trailers, hauling dairy, frozen goods, and other temperature-controlled products across the lower 48. With our Reefer Pay Package, you’ll earn more on your base pay while moving premium freight with steady miles. We offer multiple home-time options based on your location and keep you rolling in comfort with late-model equipment. CDL-A Refrigerated Truck Driver Pay & Miles:
- Earn $0.625 - $0.71 CPM*
- Veterans earn an additional $0.01 CPM
- CDL-A drivers average 2,200 - 2,500+ miles per week
- $500 onboarding bonus* + $1,000 vacation pay
- Bi-annual compensation reviews + unlimited referral incentives - $2,000 per driver
- Detention, layover & stop pay
CDL-A Refrigerated Truck Driver Requirements:
- Valid CDL-A, 21+
- At least 1 year of experience preferred; 6 months minimum required
- Refrigerated experience
- Safe driving record
