Spanish Speaking Consultant for Online Payment Solutions Department - Full-time

Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opportunity for a Spanish Speaking Consultant to join our Client's Online Payment Solutions Department. In this important Junior role, you will be responsible for assisting our Spanish-speaking clients in enhancing their online payment processes, helping them to navigate and optimize solutions that meet their unique needs.

As a consultant, you will provide dedicated support and share your expertise to ensure clients have a smooth experience with their payment systems. Your commitment to outstanding customer service will be key in building strong relationships with clients and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert assistance to Spanish-speaking clients with inquiries regarding online payment solutions
• Conduct training sessions to help clients understand system functionalities and best practices
• Promptly troubleshoot issues and deliver solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
• Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and support requests
• Collaborate with team members to handle complex client issues effectively
• Collect and analyze feedback to continuously improve service offerings
• Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in online payment technology

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication skills for effective engagement with clients
• A strong focus on customer service and a commitment to providing high-quality support
• Basic knowledge of online payment systems is advantageous but not essential
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
