Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager position is responsible for assisting the General Manager in leading a

store in the achievement of its performance goals including operational, financial, human

resources and customer service. The scope of the role includes: 1) coaching, developing and

managing the team, 2) ensuring customer satisfaction and quality service, 3) monitoring

operational standards to achieve results, 4) contribute to the achievement of financial goals and

5) sales, marketing and business development activities
