Cook

As a cook, you'll set up your station, participate in prep (mostly on the lunch shift), break down your station with thorough cleaning ready for the next team member (dinner shift) and help run the line throughout the duration of your shift. You should be passionate about putting out consistent, quality food, and seeking opportunities to learn and grow in the kitchen. You should be able to follow recipes and take direction from management. You welcome the fast, often hectic pace of the kitchen and are above all a team player who is a dedicated hard worker.
