• M-F (weekends) with inpatient call 1 in 3

• Amount of coverage needed per month: Full-time coverage
• Patients per day: 15
• Patient population/age: 18 and up
• Department description: Cancer Center

• Special procedures: bone marrow bx

REQUIREMENTS :

• Board Certification: required
• State license required: required
• DEA: required
• Certifications preferred:
• Certifications required: Oncology Fellowship, BLS, ACLS
• Minimum experience required: 3-5 years
• Credentialing Timeframe: 45-60
• Willing To License?: YES (temp license available with a clean background and no large gaps in their)
