We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a well-established, patient-centered outpatient practice in Seymour, Connecticut. This full-time, permanent role offers an excellent work-life balance, collaborative environment .

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all ages

• Maintain accurate documentation in a fully integrated EMR system

• Participate in quality assurance programs and ongoing professional development

Requirements:

• MD or DO degree

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

• Active or eligible Connecticut medical license
