Professional Details:
- Outpatient Rural Health Clinic and Tier 4 Patient Centered Medical Home
- Four 10-hour days per week
- 1:3 call (currently shared with 4 physicians)
- Average 15-20 patients per day
- Scribe provided for providers that average 15+ patients per day
- Behavioral health and lab on site
- Fulltime, permanent
- Epic EMR
