Job Summary
Individual must have a general knowledge of machine operations, and an eye for detail. Must be able to lift 65 lbs. on a regular basis, be able to work in a hot environment, and have the basic knowledge of crane operations. Basic electrical experience of 220 volt and 480 volts electricity a plus. Must be willing to understand the operations of the spinning process andits effects. Basic knowledge of mechanical repair.
Hours: Typical schedule is 3:00am-11:00am, Monday - Friday, plus weekend hours should be expected.
Pay: Starting at $16-19/hr.

Basic Responsibilities:
- Removal of the packs from the 3rd floor.
- Installation of packs on the 3rd floor.
- Trouble shoot heaters and temperature probes.
- Clean and rebuild packs for the next maintenance cycle.
- Spin pump removal and installation.
- Spin pump cleaning and assembly.
- Work with spin shafts and gear boxes.
- Use of Forklifts to move materials.
- Learn the operation of an oven for burning out packs pumps and filter housings.
- Other maintenance duties as assigned
Job Qualifications:
- Must have a general knowledge of machine operations and basic mechanical repair
- Maintenance background is preferred
- Must be available for call in for maintenance emergencies
- Must be able to work overtime on maintenance cycle days
- Must have full body motion, to include bending, lifting and climbing of steps without assistance
- Must be able to lift 65 lbs.
- Must be able to work with minimum supervision
- Must be able to drive a forklift truck or be willing to learn
- Must be able to follow verbal/written instructions for maintenance procedures
- Must be familiar with electrical/battery/air operator power tools and hand tools
- Must be computer literate
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
