Penmac Staffing is now hiring a CNC Lathe and Programmer Operator for a local multinational company in Joplin, MO. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience running a CNC Machine. This position will be Monday-Friday from 7 am to 3 pm. The average pay will be from $15-$20 per hour depending on experience.

Duties:

Interpreting project blueprints and design to set up machines
Use lathes and mills during completion of projects
Loading and unloading raw materials and setting up equipment
Ensure that procedures are completed in accordance with company policies
Follow all company policies and procedures

Requirements:

Have at least 2 years of verified experience using CNC mills and lathes
Must possess strong critical thinking and math skills
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Must submit to a drug screen and background check
Must be able to work independently as well as with a team
