Staff Pharmacist - Full Time - Specialty (NYC)

We are hiring an experienced Staff Pharmacist for a Temp-To-Hire opportunity at a growing specialty pharmacy in New York City. As a key member of the pharmacy team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient dispensing of medications while upholding the highest standards of pharmacy practice. The team is looking for someone who wants to grow their career andstay long-term with the company!

• Schedule: Monday Friday
• Hours: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM (Every 7th Saturday 9:00 PM-2:00 PM)

• Perform duties as assigned by the Pharmacist-In-Charge (PIC)
• Supervise pharmacy technicians, students/interns, and support staff
• Ensure compliance with all professional policies and procedures
• Oversee all activities related to dispensing medications
• Accurately fill and verify prescriptions according to prescriber instructions

• Active and clear New York State Pharmacist license (no negative history)
• Previous experience in retail, mail order, or specialty pharmacy required
• High-volume experience required
• Ability to stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment
