Travel Nurse (RN) Tele (Telemetry)

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - MS/Tele - Cardiac Renal

Shift: Nights / 6:30p-7a, 12x3, 36hrs per week, every other holiday

Length: 13 weeks

Weekend/Holiday Requirement: 3 weekends out of every 6 week schedule

Requirements:

• IN RN License
• Minimum 2 years of strong cardiac/tele experience required
• 1 travel assignment required
• Trauma level II experience required
• Skillset: Tele/12-lead EKG interpretation (TRAVELERS REQUIRED TO PASS TELE TESTS), recover heart caths (femoral/TR bands), PIV insertion, chest tube/indwelling drain management, drip management (cardiac-cardizem, amio, etc., other-heparin, lasix, protonix, etc.).  CBI, detox/CIWA protocol experience, central line care
• AHA BLS
• AHA ACLS
• NIHSS
• Recent EPIC experience required

Other details:

• First to float within skillset
• Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio): 34 beds.  Ratio: Days 1:4-5; NOCs 1:6-7; CN takes a patient assignment
• NO LOCAL CANIDATES (40 MILE RADIUS RULE)
• Covid-19 Vaccine Not Required -- Subject to change
• Scrub Colors: Navy blue scrubs - No competing health systems or agency logos
