The Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN) will work alongside caregivers to provide high-quality patient care. LVN/LPN Duties and responsibilities including, but not limited to the following: Administering medications & injections Oversee treatments & ensure compliance with prescribed therapies Accurate & detailed records of treatments & medications Directs & supervises activities of licensed & certified nursing personnel Reviews residents admitted & assure appropriate implementation of physicians plan of care Ability to build rapport with patients Maintain a clean and healthy environment Compassionate and caring demeanor Familiarity with medical terminology Ability to work well in teams STAFFHEALTH WORKS FOR YOUR SUCCESS.
