Nighttime Front Desk Agent

The ideal candidate will-

• will be able to work Saturday and Sunday nights on an on-going basis
• be highly reliable

WORK SCHEDULE - Saturday - Wednesday

• 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. from March 1 to October 31
• 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. from November 1 to February 28

PAY
$16.50 - $19 per hour to start

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs and reservations.
• Manage online and phone bookings with accuracy.
• Provide information about our motel, local attractions, and services.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues calmly and professionally.
• Perform nightly accounting tasks with precision.
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• *Typing Skills: Minimum of 40 words per minute.
• *Communication: Strong grasp of English writing conventions
• *Math Proficiency: Ability to accurately complete nightly accounting tasks and calculate rates and charges.
• Adaptability: Willingness to occasionally work extra or alternate shifts.
• Independence: Capable of working autonomously and making sound decisions.
• Experience: Must have at LEAST 12 CONSECUTIVE MONTHS experience working as a front desk agent or in a VERY busy call center/office.

*Tests will be given during your interview to determine your level of proficiency.
