Job Opening: Inside Sales Representative (Commission-Based)
Location: Newark, DE
Compensation: Commission-Based with =Small Salary– Unlimited Earning Potential
Are you a self-starter with high energy, unstoppable drive, and a passion for closing deals? We’re looking for a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team!
What You’ll Be Doing:
Making outbound calls and responding to inbound leads
Building and maintaining relationships with potential clients
Understanding customer needs and presenting tailored solutions
Managing and tracking your sales pipeline
Closing deals and crushing goals
What We’re Looking For:
High-energy, motivated, and results-driven personality
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated
Previous sales experience is a big plus – but not required if you're hungry to learn
Comfortable working on a commission-only structure
