Transfer locations- Any of the Ohio Health facilities (Grant, Riverside, Doctors)

Transfer %- 9.9

Admission Rate %- 10.6

REQUIREMENTS:

- OH License - REQUIRED

- Providers must have a minimum 2 years of recent ER experience - REQUIRED, no exceptions
- BC - REQUIRED
- Clean background - REQUIRED, no exceptions
- COVID Vaccine - REQUIRED
- BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP - REQUIRED
