- Preferred: Dialysis Catheters & Intubations.

- Boardman: none
- Warren: Level I
- Youngstown: Level III
• EMR: Epic
• Other Info:
- Location needs would be PRN, as vacation/coverage needs emerge (w/ potential for perm placement)
- Supervising physician present during assignment: on call.
• Will be Working Autonomously: Yes

Requirements:
• OH License
• BC (Acute Care Certification)
• BLS/ACLS
• DEA
• Flu vaccination
