Requirements:
• Board Certifications Req d: Gastroenterology
• State License(s) / IMLC Req d?: PA required
• Certifications Req d?: Must have State Physician s Assistant Certification, accomplished through completion of Board approved apprenticeship and evaluation or graduation from Board approved P.A. program.
• DEA Req d
• Pennsylvania state police criminal record check, child abuse clearance and a FBI criminal history check required. Must be CPR certified.
