Established Oral & Maxillofacial clinic looking for a 2026 graduate to join their practice as an associate with partnership offered after year one.

Sedation IV and airway management are provided by ACLS certified Registered Nurses and DAANCE certified surgical assistants.

Southern Wisconsin is known for its quality of life, outdoor adventure and recreation, excellent schools, and great community. The community is located near Madison, Chicago, and only a couple of hours to Milwaukee.

Finances:

1. $450,000 base salary guaranteed with 40% bonus on collections

2. $25,000 signing bonus

3. Partners earn $1.4M

Additional benefits include:

1. 4.5 working days on average per week

2. Health insurance paid at 100%
