M-Thurs 8A-5P
Fri 8A-12P

Standard solo Family Medicine clinic coverage
Preferred provider is NC Medicaid credentialed and enrolled in PECOS.
Provider must be fully vaccinated.
Provider must have BLS certification.
Must have NC DEA with NC address.
EMR: E-MDs
Acute Care
Comfort treating both Peds and Adults
Clinical support staff available
Provider will be housed in hospital owned APTS.
Primary care services services include but are not limited to:
routine check-ups
physicals
Immunizations
chronic disease screenings and management
acute medical care
Convenient Care + Walk-In services include but are not limited to:
fever
upset stomach (vomiting, nausea, diarrhea)
flu-like symptoms
earache
bronchitis
upper respiratory infection
minor lacerations and stitches
sprains and minor fractures
mild to moderate burns
rashes and minor allergic reactions
painful or burning urination

Number Of Patients Per Shift: 25
Minimum Board Certification: BE
