Your Role with the Company:

Full-time position, 4 or 5 day work week available, 1:8 call
Join a collaborative team providing primary care in an outpatient setting
APP will examine, obtain medical histories and treat acute and chronic illnesses

Background Profile:

Nurse Practitioner, NP or Physician Assistant, PA
Active CT license
1+ year of experience
