Monthly House Cleaner Needed - Full-time / Part-time

Looking for someone to come and clean my home monthly. Will provide supplies if needed. Open to having supplies brought in too. I have a split level and work from home. I am have a small dog that will be out of the way when cleaning happens. Non shedding dog so no dog hair clean up.
