Key Responsibilities:
Quality Control:
- Inspect incoming deliveries to ensure they meet quality standards.
Loading and Unloading:
- Safely load and unload packages, utilizing warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
Inventory Management:
- Organize stock efficiently and monitor inventory levels to recommend new orders when necessary.
Order Fulfillment:
- Receive and verify pick tickets, pull materials for orders, wrap, and prepare them for delivery.
Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of orders, materials, and stock movements.
Qualifications:
Required Skills:
- Proven experience as a Material Handler, Warehouse Associate, or similar role.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (forklift license preferred).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Keen attention to detail and dexterity.
Additional Requirements:
- High school diploma.
- Physical fitness to meet the job's demands.
- Availability for occasional overtime work.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with voice picking systems or RF devices.
