Responsibilities

Client Management: Build strong relationships with commercial clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing exceptional service.

Inquiry Handling: Address client inquiries promptly, providing accurate and thorough policy information.

Endorsement Processing: Collaborate with underwriters to manage policy endorsements, ensuring accurate processing and documentation.

Policy Issuance: Review policy information for accuracy, preparing and issuing policies to commercial clients.

Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve any concerns raised by clients, ensuring their satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships.


Requirements

Experience: Minimum 2 Years experience in the insurance industry.

Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication abilities, with a focus on professionalism and clarity.

Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.

Team Player: Collaborative mindset, working effectively within a team environment to achieve shared goals.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with commercial insurance products, policies, and procedures.
