Detail Oriented, Reliable Cleaner/help For Non-toxic Home

Looking for a trustworthy, reliable cleaner/house manager to help me maintain and take care of our home. I'd like someone to come to the house a few times a week (on a set schedule, but flexible) to do laundry, tidy up the kitchen/other areas of the home, and to get on a rotational cleaning schedule. I provide non-toxic cleaning products that work very well. Must be a non-smoker and comfortable with rambunctious kids.
