• Types of Cases:Adults only - no Peds
• Credentialing:Start within 90 days

Minimum Requirements for Consideration

• Board Certified/Board Eligible:Urology
• Certifications:ACLS, BLS, CSR License
• Licensure:Illinois (will only consider fully licensed or IMLC-in-hand candidates)
