• Types of Cases:General urology procedures includingCysto,Prostate biopsy,Fiducial markers,Wart fulguration and more
• Credentialing: 90-120 days, emergency privileges available

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certification: Board Certified Urology
• Licensure: Kentucky license required
