Support Staff Member

We are seeking a few Support Staff members to join our team. You will provide support to our Funeral Directors with day to day operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Funeral Directors with preparation for day to day tasks
• Assist the Funeral Directors with in house funerals
• Help keep our building tidy and clean
• Help maintain both interior and exterior of buildings
• Make trips to various clerks offices
• Greet visitors to the funeral homes, directing them to the appropriate areas such as arrangement office or visitation chapel. Making the visitors as comfortable as possible, seeing that their needs are met
• Answer phones professionally - providing information, transferring phones, and taking messages as needed
• Help maintain supplies
• Record flowers and other in take tasks

​Qualifications:

• Valid Drivers License is required
• Professional dress is required
• Ability to work on your feet
• Ability to take direction
• Self starter

This is an hourly position. We encourage all staff members to pursue advancement in all positions.
