This role is vital in providing a conducive learning environment and ensuring that students receive the necessary support to succeed./p pstrongKey Responsibilities:/strong/p ul liAssist the classroom teacher in delivering instructional activities and materials to students./li liSupport students with special needs by providing individualized attention and assistance./li liHelp maintain a positive and structured classroom environment./li liImplement behavioral management strategies as directed by the teacher./li liMonitor student progress and provide feedback to the teacher./li liAssist with classroom organization and preparation of learning materials./li liParticipate in staff meetings and training sessions as required./li liEnsure the safety and well-being of students during activities and transitions./li /ul pstrongQualifications:/strong/p ul liHigh school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in education or a related field preferred./li liExperience working with children, especially in an educational or special education setting./li liStrong communication and interpersonal skills./li liAbility to adapt to various classroom environments and student needs./li liPatience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards students./li /ul pstrongWorking Conditions:/strong/p ul liWork is performed in a classroom setting./li liMay require standing for extended periods and engaging in physical activities with students./li /ul
