Maintain knowledge of all menu items./liliPrepare the guest check accurately and collect payment or signature, as required/liliOperate, maintain, and properly clean all restaurant equipment and fittings/liliEnsure that the food delivery is tidy and keep an accurate par of food items such as beverages and snacks, as well as non-food items like menu cards, napkins, straws, etc. on cart and in storage areas./liliUse safe food handling procedures and maintain a safe working environment by using proper skills and food safety guidelines/liliClean and maintain in-room private/mini-bars; report damage, or malfunctioning units/liliCheck quality and expiration of all items; discard and replace according to established procedures./liliHourly Rate: $16.50/li/ulstrongQualifications:/strongulliMinimum of one year experience in customer service or the foodservice/hospitality industry./liliMust meet the minimum age requirements for food and alcohol service./liliAbility to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs./liliAbility to obtain relevant state and local government certifications, such as food handlers certificate or alcohol training certifications, as applicable to the position./liliAbility to lift 30lbs/li/ulstrongAdditional Information:/strongpAuberge Resorts Collection is a portfolio of extraordinary hotels, resorts, residences, and private clubs.
