You will work closely with the Executive Director and VP of Sales to create a cutting-edge and strategic marketing plan. Your goal is to achieve your budgeted occupancy targets./p pWhat Will I Do Every day?/p ul liCreate trust and connect with prospective residents and their families through phone calls and tours of the community./li liIdeate ways to increase occupancy and achieve targeted occupancy goals./li liWork together with your team to execute events to draw prospects to the community./li liBuild relationships with community organizations and professional groups to increase collaboration opportunities./li /ul pWhat will I need to be successful in this role?/p ul li3 or more years of marketing experience or a sales background (outside sales preferred./li liA Bachelor�s degree from an accredited university (or equivalent experience)./li liOutstanding verbal and written communication skills./li liOrganization and diligence in following up with prospects./li liKnowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook./li liMust pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests./li /ul pstrongWith communities across California, Hawaii, and Nevada, opportunities for career growth, relocation, and travel are significant.
