The Return Agent will provide superior, friendly, efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process as it applies to this position/p p /p pThis pay for this position is $16.50 / hour. /p p /p pThis position is located at the Buffalo International Airport (BUF)- 4200 Genesee St, Buffalo, NY 14225. /p p /p pWe offer:/p ul liPaid time off/li liConsistent full time 40 hour per week schedule /li liEmployee discount/li liRetirement savings plan including 401k with matching profit sharing/li liHealth Insurance/li liLife Insurance/li liDental Insurance/li liVision Insurance/li liTraining and development/li /ul p /p pSchedule Available: /p ul liMonday: 5:00am to 1:30pm /li liTuesday: OFF/li liWednesday: OFF/li liThursday: 5:00am to 1:30pm /li liFriday: 5:00am to 1:30pm /li liSaturday: 5:00am to 1:30pm /li liSunday: 5:00am to 1:30pm /li /ul h2Responsibilities/h2 pWe are hiring now for immediate openings.  Responsibilities include:/p ul liGreet all customers using prescribed, appropriate dialogue as they arrive on the lot./li liRemind customer to check for personal belongings.  Identify any items found in the vehicle with a unit number, date, time and turn into lost and found./li liAdvise and review rental charges; and provide an accurate receipt to the customer./li liProvide information in a professional and courteous manner regarding transportation to the airport terminal./li liThank customers using the prescribed dialogue./li liInquire about service, satisfaction and document dissatisfaction./li liDiscreetly check vehicle for damage on incoming vehicles and direct customer to counter for completion of damage/loss report./li liUse of proper statement to determine if vehicle is being returned with full tank of gas./li liComplete a service alert for any mechanical and or body damage communicated by the customers./li liIdentify vehicles, which are on system hold for turnback, time or mileage, recall, or any other special lock and verify their movement to the proper lot location./li liIdentify and tag vehicles that have been flagged for grounding or preventative maintenance and verify their movement to the proper lot location./li liKeep lot organized for ease of access and traffic flow./li liSeek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting/li liMaintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality/li liPerform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned/li /ul pemEqual Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans/em/p h2Qualifications/h2 ul liMust be at least 18 years old/li liHigh School Diploma or G.E.D. required/li liMust have a minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support/li liMust have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violation and/or at-fault accident on driving record in the past 3 years/li liNo drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years/li liMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future./li /ul
