Maximize efficiency of equipment, assist plant operations by solving problems to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality, and reduce waste in a safe and efficient manner. Maintain equipment by using tools, techniques, knowledge, and ability in a timely manner. Improve processes. Satisfy customers. Understand basic electronic and electrical principles the ability to troubleshoot to determine problems and make repairs.
