In this role you will operate and troubleshoot machinery to produce high quality products according to specification. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety and quality standards and the ability to work effectively as part of a team./span/p p /p pspan style="color:#000000"strongEssential Responsibilities:/strong/span/p ul lispan style="color:#000000"Operate equipment according to established procedures and standards to produce roller components to specifications. /span/li lispan style="color:#000000"Inspects and measures finished rollers to determine conformance to specification. /span/li lispan style="color:#000000"Monitor equipment operation to detect deviations from standard and make necessary adjustments or repairs./span/li lispan style="color:#000000"Perform routine inspections and measurements of product to ensure compliance with quality standards./span/li lispan style="color:#000000"Maintain accurate records of production quantities and machine performance./span/li lispan style="color:#000000"Perform routine maintenance on equipment as required./span/li lispan style="color:#000000"Replaces and adjusts regulating wheels, support blades, spherical and grinder toolings. /span/li lispan style="color:#000000"Collaborate with team members and management to achieve production goals./span/li lispan style="color:#000000"Follows all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment./span/li lispan style="color:#000000"Maintain a clean and organized work area./span/li /ul p /p pspan style="color:#000000"strongBasic Qualifications:/strong/span/p ul lispan style="color:#000000"High School Diploma or GED./span/li lispan style="color:#000000"18 years of age or older./span/li lispan style="color:#000000"Must be eligible to work in the U.S./span/li lispan style="color:#000000"Must be willing to work overtime. /span/li /ul p /p pspan style="color:#000000"strongPreferred Qualifications and Skills:/strong/span/p ul lispan style="color:#000000"Experience as a Machine Operator or similar role within a manufacturing environment./span/li lispan style="color:#000000"Mechanical aptitude and understanding of machine operation./span/li lispan style="color:#000000"Ability to read and interpret specifications, acceptance criteria and engineered drawings./span/li lispan style="color:#000000"Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset. /span/li lispan style="color:#000000"Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. /span/li /ul p style="text-align:justify" /ppspan style="color:#000000"span style="font-size:11.0pt"span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"All qualified applicants shall be treated equally according to their individual qualifications, abilities, experiences, and other employment standards.
