Responsible for providing quality service, ordering necessary merchandise, and managing the golf shop operations./span/p p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;"buspanDay-to-Day:/span/u/b/p ul lispanResponsible for efficient and friendly customer service throughout the pro shop, accurately ringing up charges at the register and checking in all golfers prior to play. This also includes proper cash handling and meeting all standards of operation./span/li lispanRespond to inquiries and make tee times for Members and guests both in-person and over the phone. Focus attention on Members' and guests' needs while remaining calm, professional, and courteous at all times, even when under pressure./span/li lispanResponsible for inventory controls, merchandise check-in, and organization of storage and display areas. Keep up inventory levels of constantly stocked items (i.e., shirts, socks, gloves, hats, balls, etc.).nbsp;/span/li lispanResponsible for marshaling, starting, and outside services as needed and requested./span/li lispanProvide shop assistance to the Head Golf Professional, General Manager, and Tournament Coordinators./span/li /ul p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;"spannbsp;buAbout You:/u/b/span/p ul lispanCustomer service experience.
