You will take and enter orders, handle payments, keep the dining room and other guest areas clean, and provide excellent service to our guests by following standard operating procedures with a sense of urgency./ppbr/ppstrongEssential Job Functions/strong/ppThe information provided below encompasses the functions and values associated with this position./ppbr/ppstrongDuties and Responsibilities/strong/ppThe individual in this position is expected to engage in the following work-related activities: /pp• Complete all training requirements including:/pp• Freddy’s Front of House Development Plan/pp• Hands-on stations training/pp• Any additional training required by Freddy’s/pp• Provide friendly, enthusiastic service for all guests/pp• Promptly greet guests as they enter and thank them as they leave/pp• Maintain awareness of current promotions/pp• Explain menu items, answer questions, and suggest additional items/pp• Enthusiastically represent the Freddy’s brand/pp• Accurately complete orders and guest transactions/pp• Enter guest orders accurately into the point of sale system/pp• Accept payments, operate cash registers, and maintain receipts/pp• Handle cash payments, count and verify tills, and record totals appropriately/pp• Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming environment/pp• Clean and maintain guest areas including dining room, counters, bathrooms, and building exterior/pp• Maintain equipment and inform management of maintenance needs/pp• Stock paper goods, condiments, serveware, and beverages/pp• Keep work areas clean and organized/pp• Prepare menu items according to company standards and in a safe and sanitary manner /pp• Prepare beverages, sauces, produce, and other items/pp• Ensure food and beverages are handled according to safety regulations and guidelines /pp• Accurately complete, package, and present guest orders/pp• Assist with kitchen and back of house tasks as assigned/pp• Other responsibilities/pp• Complete all tasks with a sense of urgency, in a timely manner/pp• Work safely and follow all safety guidelines and procedures/pp• Other duties as assigned/ppbr/ppstrongJob Qualifications/strong/ppThe following requirements must be met in order to qualify for this position./pp• Must be 16 years of age or older/pp• Ability to work a minimum of 9 hours per week/ppbr/ppstrongCapability Requirements/strong/ppThe following capabilities are required to perform the essential functions of this position.
