Exceptional customer service is a major component of this position./liliResponsibilities:/liliPrepares food neatly, accurately, and in a timely manner./liliDemonstrates a complete understanding of menu items and explains it to guests accurately. Exhibits a cheerful and helpful manner when assisting guests./liliChecks products in sandwich unit area and restocks items to ensure a sufficient supply throughout the shift./liliCleans as directed./liliGreets guest and prepares their orders. Uses a POS system to record the order and collects payment from the guest./liliUnderstands and adheres to all quality standards, formulas and procedures as outlined in the SUBWAY® Operations Manual./liliAccounts for all forms of inventory and cash./liliUnderstands and adheres to proper food handling, safety and sanitization standards while preparing food, serving food, and clean up./liliMaintains professional appearance and grooming standards as outlined in the SUBWAY® Operations Manual./liliCompletes online coursework on the University of SUBWAY® as directed./li/ulpstrongRequirements:/strong/pulliMinimum age is 16/liliAbility to understand verbal and written instruction/liliRequires bending, standing and walking during the entire shift/liliPhysical dexterity required (the ability to lift 10 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally)/liliAbility to operate a computerized POS system/liliBasic math skills and written/verbal skills/liliEnthusiasm and team player/liliCommitment to excellent customer service/li/ul
